Important Note: 1.You are also required to do the settings in your Wii device as to set the picture format from 420i to 420p on HD. 2. When connecting the cable to TV, please make sure to link the 2 red plugs to the back of the TV correctly. Between the 2 red plugs, one is for video signal and the other one is audio for the right channel. On a Sony Bravia TV, the sockets are in the same order as the cable therefore it's easy to set up correctly. However for other TV makes, the three video plugs are followed by the two audio plugs. Please check each plugs carefully for the right cable to use. If a wrong connection is made, the colour will appear wrong on the screen and no audio from the right speaker

After I upgraded to a HD TV, the picture quality was pretty poor with the native cable that comes with the Wii. After seeing good reviews for this product, I ordered one. Delivery was prompt and there was a marked improvement in picture quality after connecting this cable. The resolution is only 540p even though the advert says HD. Overall a very good product for the price and completely satisfied.

Really glad to have ugpraded the cable on my Wii, as whilst it is not the most graphics heavy console it has made a difference to the picture on our 42" television. Shame it doesn't come as standard with the console so far, but certainly this cable does the job and well worth the money.
