Stopped functioning after just over 5 hours of use over a 2 day time period. Sound quality wasn't very good either but then again, you don't expect it to be good at that price. Still would have liked the product to last much longer than that...

This product, while at first appeared to be an excellent buy, after 34 days just stopped functioning mid-use after no mistreatment or abuse. After emailing the seller, They soon replied saying that since the product was over 30 days old they can not send a replacement. After reading other reviews it seems ironic that I am unlucky as many people's headsets broke within the 30 day warranty but sice mine lasted just a few days longer, I am out of pocket and without a working headset. I advise all buyers to avoid this product and also seller and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This was a replacement item for one that went wrong after only 3 weeks. I emailed the suppliers, and they sent a replacement straight away. I'll reserve judgement on the item until I'm sure that the replacement is better than the original, but the after sales service is first class. Thanks.

i have had this headset for just over a month and it has give me alot of bother first of all every now and again it would just cut off and i couldnt hear anything and my friends were saying to me that my voice was going all crackly and now it has stopped workin completly! i dont know if it is just a one in a million or it happens all the time with these headsets but to be fair i was on the xbox 360 using the headset alot. from my experiences with this headset i would not reccomend it to anyone who wants a half decent headset for a good price
